ITIL Training for Broadcast Support Operations

We designed and delivered a highly bespoke version of ITIL, tailored specifically to the operational realities of broadcast support teams. Rather than following a standard ITIL syllabus, the programme focused only on the elements of the framework directly relevant to the customer’s support function. The engagement involved several months of consultation and course development, led by two ITIL specialists. Training was delivered to four separate cohorts in half-day sessions over multiple weeks.

All sessions were recorded and licensed for perpetual internal use, enabling the customer to host the content within their own LMS and support ongoing training and onboarding.
