The customer required a structured programme to benchmark and uplift the skills of approximately 40 engineering and operational teams supporting both legacy broadcast platforms and emerging cloud-based services. Following extensive consultation with senior engineering leadership, we designed a modular training framework addressing core broadcast fundamentals, modern IP workflows, and cloud-enabled architectures.

Delivery was split across multiple on-site sessions over a six-month period. Each module was continuously evaluated and adapted to audience capability, ensuring relevance across a wide range of experience levels. The programme delivered a measurable and consistent uplift in technical competence, validated through formal benchmarking.
